The Challenges

- A large hospital organization with many outpatient clinics was frustrated with their existing patient scheduling tool.

- The system was not intuitive and required multiple steps to complete basic tasks.

The Solution

- Working with the schedulers and leaders, we designed a new system from the ground up that directly addressed all their concerns.

- Since this was a custom build, we were able to include nearly all their non-essential wish list features as well.

The Result

- The new system made patient scheduling a breeze, significantly reducing the time and labor costs involved.

- The system worked so well we were able to convert the inpatient scheduling processes to it as well (which were previously done manually on white boards by a dedicated team of schedulers).
